Live plant shipping (EU)
Shipping live plants across Europe is still a developing process and involves certain risks due to temperature, handling and transit time.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping is at your own risk.
However, your experience matters deeply to us.
If your plants arrive in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
We will always offer a fair solution — such as a replacement (without additional shipping cost), store credit, or partial refund.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable
When your cuttings arrive
Unpack immediately, water gently and place in a bright but cool place (about 12–16°C). Let them rest from strong sunlight for the first 24–48 hours so they can recover from the trip. Then gradually accustom them to more light.
Location and care during the summer
Plant in a sunny to semi-sunny position in well-drained, nutrient-rich soil. Keep the soil evenly moist but not wet. Feel free to provide support and harvest regularly — each cut encourages new buds. The plant thrives best when summers are bright but not too hot and appreciates good air circulation.
