Licensierade växtsorter och förökningsförbud

Vissa produkter som säljs av Dreams & Seeds AB utgör licensierade och/eller växtförädlarrättsligt skyddade sorter (Plant Breeder’s Rights, PBR). Detta gäller exempelvis utvalda sorter av Scabiosa (SCOOP™-serien) samt ranunkel (Elegance®-serien), men kan även omfatta andra sorter i sortimentet.

Dessa sorter är skyddade enligt gällande nationell och internationell lagstiftning om växtförädlarrätt.

Vid köp av licensierad sort gäller följande:

  • Produkten får odlas för privat bruk samt för produktion av snittblommor.
  • Förökning genom delning, sticklingar, frösamling eller annan vegetativ eller generativ metod är inte tillåten utan uttryckligt skriftligt tillstånd från rättighetsinnehavaren.
  • Vidareförsäljning av förökningsmaterial (knölar, rötter, sticklingar, plantor eller frö) är förbjuden.
  • Sorterna får inte användas för kommersiell uppförökning eller reproduktion.

Kunden ansvarar för att följa gällande bestämmelser kring växtförädlarrätt. Genom att genomföra köp hos Dreams & Seeds AB bekräftar kunden att dessa villkor accepteras.

Dreams & Seeds AB samarbetar med officiella förädlare och distributörer och värnar om att skydda det arbete som ligger bakom framtagandet av dessa sorter.

Licensed Varieties and Propagation Restrictions

Certain products sold by Dreams & Seeds AB are licensed and/or protected under Plant Breeder’s Rights (PBR). This applies, for example, to selected varieties of Scabiosa (SCOOP™ series) and Ranunculus (Elegance® series), and may also apply to other varieties within our assortment.

These varieties are protected under applicable national and international plant variety protection laws.

When purchasing a licensed variety, the following conditions apply:

  • The product may be cultivated for private use and for the production of cut flowers.
  • Propagation by division, cuttings, seed collection, tissue culture, or any other vegetative or generative method is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of the rights holder.
  • Resale of propagation material (including tubers, roots, cuttings, young plants, or seeds) is not permitted.
  • The varieties may not be used for commercial multiplication or reproduction.

The customer is responsible for complying with applicable plant variety protection regulations.

By completing a purchase with Dreams & Seeds AB, the customer confirms acceptance of these conditions.
