Behind our dahlias lie trial growing, recurring health checks, and a strict selection process. We give new varieties time to show how they grow and bloom before they earn a place in the collection.

🌿 Care & terms
Delivery
Our cuttings are sent with the greatest care and packed carefully to survive the journey.
As they are living plants, it is important that you pick up your package immediately upon receiving notification from the delivery agent.
Cuttings do best when they get out of the box quickly and receive light again.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace plants that have been damaged if the shipment is not picked up within a reasonable time.
Right of withdrawal
Please note that this is living plant material. The right of withdrawal does not apply to dahlia tubers and cuttings.
Health guarantee – 21 days
All our plants are grown under carefully controlled and hygienic conditions.
If your cutting shows clear signs of virus or bacterial disease within 21 days of delivery, we offer a replacement or refund.
For the guarantee to be valid:
- The plant must not have been topped, divided, or cut back.
- Contact us within 21 calendar days of delivery.
- Send clear photos in soft daylight (e.g., in shade or on a cloudy day).
Avoid bright sun, flash, or grow lights as they can distort the colors. - Photos should show the entire plant and close-ups of the leaves where symptoms are clearly visible.
Our guarantee only applies to confirmed disease (e.g., virus or other serious illness that renders the plant unusable).
The guarantee does not apply to damage or infestations that may occur during cultivation at the customer's site, such as insects, fungal attacks, nutrient deficiency, drought, frost damage, or incorrect care. These can usually be remedied and are therefore not covered by the guarantee.
We manage our crops with great care and deliver high-quality cuttings.
In the event of a confirmed disease, we will refund the purchase price of the plant (excluding shipping).
Dreams & Seeds reserves the right to request photo documentation and, if necessary, the return of the plant for assessment.
In case of a requested return due to illness, we will cover the return shipping.
NOTE! For the guarantee to be valid, the plant must not be discarded, planted out, or kept without our approval if disease is suspected.
