Delivery

Delivery of pre-ordered cuttings takes place in April - May depending on weather conditions. Our cuttings are shipped with the greatest care and are carefully packed to withstand the journey. We ship cuttings Monday - Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

Because they are living plants, it is important that you pick up your package immediately when you receive notification from the agent.

Cuttings do best when they are quickly removed from the box and exposed to light again.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace damaged plants if the shipment is not picked up within a reasonable time.

Right of withdrawal

Please note that this is living plant material. The right of withdrawal does not apply to dahlia tubers and cuttings.

Health guarantee – 21 days

All our plants are grown under carefully controlled and hygienic conditions.

If your cutting shows clear signs of viral or bacterial disease within 21 days of receipt, we offer a replacement or refund.

For the warranty to apply:

• The plant must not have been topped, divided or cut down.
• Contact us within 21 calendar days after delivery.
• Send clear photos in soft daylight (e.g. in the shade or in cloudy weather).
  Avoid strong sunlight, flash or grow lights as they can distort the colors.
• Photos should show the entire plant and close-ups of the leaves where symptoms are clearly visible.

Our guarantee only applies in the event of a confirmed disease (e.g. virus or other serious disease that makes the plant unusable).

The warranty does not apply to damage or infestations that may occur during cultivation at the customer's premises, such as insects, fungal infestations, nutrient deficiencies, drought, frost damage or improper care. These can usually be remedied and are therefore not covered by the warranty.

We handle our crops with great care and deliver high quality cuttings.

In the event of confirmed illness, we will refund the purchase price for the plant (excluding shipping).

Dreams & Seeds reserves the right to request photo documentation and, if necessary, return of the plant for assessment.

If a return is requested due to illness, we are responsible for the return shipping.

NOTE: For the warranty to apply, the plant must not be discarded, planted out or kept without our approval if disease is suspected.
